Low energy, fatigue, lack of endurance

Common presentation and more particularly at weather
changes.

1. Drink water by sipping regularly throughout the day

2. Juice 1 carrot, 1 apple, small amount of watermelon and choose either
1/2 orange, 1/2 manadarin, 1/2 grapefruit or 1/4 lemon. (peel the citrus and
dry and add 1 teaspoon of the powder to juice or add to green or black tea)
daily

3. Good foods; horseradish, garlic, chilli, peppers and leafy greens

4. Concentrate on having protein at breakfast


It is essential that you take time to rest,
hydrate and watch that attitude
